​Emotional Intelligence Programs


Our programs can be customised into 1 or 2 day courses or delivered in a modules format and delivered on-site. One day in-house programs start at $2500 for up to 10 participants. Each participant receives pre-course assignment, manual, additional resources and reading list and personal action plan. Emotional Intelligence Fundamentals

This programs will improve your understanding of the four components of EQ (self-awareness, Self management, social awareness and relationship management) and how you can develop and strengthen them to become more effective at work an life.
Outcomes include:

  • Recognise how our emotional health and physical health are related
  • Learn techniques to understand and use the power of emotional intelligence in the workplace

​This program will improve your understanding of emotions and emotional intelligence. You will also explore and practise tools and techniques for applying emotional intelligence in leadership, and creating high performance in others on that basis.

This program is will help you improve and develop your understanding emotional intelligence and how it underpins professional success.
